DAFZ launches Tas’heel Services

They had set an ambitious target for design, development, and implementation of a one-stop Tas'heel portal which is an e-services portal that will simplify current and future administration procedures at DAFZ.

TACME is proud having been selected="true" as supplier for implementing Tas'heel e-services and level of trust granted by DAFZ management to develop such a mission critical software application.

Tas'heel offers three categories including intranet services that will link departments within DAFZA, extranet services to link DAFZ with clients in the free zone. And internet services which will enable companies outside the UAE to contact DAFZ.

The key focus of this project was to build a dynamic e-services portal for DAFZ. This was accomplished by introducing a suite of software components such as Workflow System and Document Management System.

The project scope covered the integration with DAFZ existing systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite, ePayment System, Content Management System, SMS Gateway and E-Fax. Moreover, TACME migrated as well the data from Tas’heel old system to the new developed system.
