A self-service kiosk system specially built for Abu Dhabi Police that delivers the complete boutique of e-services to the police customers. For the first time in the region, AD Police has introduced a new self-service where vehicle owners can perform a full cycle process and instant vehicle registration renewal including fine payments, car insurance, and registration card printing along with car plate sticker label. |

Etisalat Wayfinder Kiosk
Etisalat Information Servicesand TACME are showcasing a unique concept of way finding. The Wayfinder Kiosk System is targeting business travelers/tourists/retail consumers that are seeking accurate and reliable official information to reach their destinations in the UAE.
The Kiosk System implements a touch screen where the user is taken to an interactive splash screen which can display customized geo-targeting advertising and imagery. Next the consumer is taken to a main menu consisting of a series of customizable category buttons (examples would be: Places to Stay, Places to Eat, where to Shop, Nearby Places, Taxi booking and much more). |

UAE Gate e-Services Kiosk
UAE Gate is introducing a new Kiosk System in GITEX for automating of their e-services. A unique e-service will be introduced for e-gate card registration and renewal. Customers can perform instantly the registration and renewal of their e-gate card and pay online for the service. Additional, UAE Gate Kiosk System will provide “SAHL” services which deals with inquiries and payment of fines.
TACME worked in partnership with Omnix to deliver the solution. TACME part was related to kiosk hardware and software systems in addition to the delivery platform for the e-services for both kiosk and website. |

Ministry of Health Self-Service Interactive Kiosk
In its mission to better reach its target audiences, the Ministry of Health has decided to expand its content delivery channels to incorporate kiosk machines. The Ministry of Health self-service machines will enable visitors to gain access to some vital health information and tips that are important to this area of the world. It will also enable them to communicate with the Ministry in addition to the Minister's office directly. Nurses and other concerned parties have also gained access to a number of online services through those kiosk machines. |

GDRFA showcase for the e-Gate Issuing System
The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is showcasing the upgraded e-gate issuing system in GITEX 2011.
TACME upgraded the issuing stations with the latest technologies in security printing. The project is a turn-key solution that provides multiple services to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs. |

TACME develops Abu Dhabi Police iPhone Apps
Abu Dhabi police will launch in GITEX a mobile application for their iPhone users. The iPhone application will provide information related to Abu Dhabi police as well the police e-services such as fine inquiry, receirved plate and registred cars. The application will use the iPhone device capabilities such as the GPS and camera to facilitate an easy communication between Abu Dhabi Police and the public.
Mobility Solutions and specifically mobile native application development is becoming one of TACME’s prime business lines which is in line with the new market trends. |
