TACSoft 3.5 CMS is powering the portal with custom made features which enhance the functionality of the portal.

    2. Intranet: will link departments workflow within DAFZA
    3. Extranet: will link DAFZA with its registered clients allowing them to apply online for DAFZA services such as visas, certificates, etc...

  • The Online Fatwa System project is a one-of-its-kind service that will be offered by Abu Dhabi Judicial Department. The system allows users to ask questions that will be answered by Islamic scholars from the department. The system features a workflow to track requests and make sure they are answered by the proper people. It also offers extensive integration with an IVR system, enabling users to use faxes, and phones to ask questions and record answers.
