Charities Management System

Overview

EMS is designed to be used as a complete workflow and business process management system for nine charities participating in the welfare and charity system in UAE. These charities currently work independently and have different ways to tackle the same problems. It is expected that EMS will help them all establish an online presence and create a centralized database which can be used to store and retrieve information as per the workflow and customizable process for each individual charity.

EMS is a web-based application which will help the charities in the UAE control and manage the workflow online. It also offers a centralized system for all the charities to publish the help they require from normal web users and visitors from their website.

This application is linked with the internet based website and can be used by various external charity users which represent a vital part of many processes and which must have their own area in the application. The application is then used by internal employees as an Intranet affecting the same database to update issues related to various work processes within the organization.
