System Sections

Feature Description
Departments

The system allows the user to add new departments including a description. The objective from creating new departments is to assign all current vacancies and received CVs to this department.

Jobs

The user has the ability to create new job vacancy by filling the vacancy information such as vacancy name, description, qualifications required, benefits, personal suitability, required documents, salary and the content of the remaining requirements etc.

Members

You can create an unlimited number of users to control the system. Users can log into the system by username and password with the ability to change password. Each user has a specific permissions depends on privileges assigend by administrator.

Advanced search

The system has the several search options to find user specified keywords, such as searching by new CVs or archived CVs or any user personal information etc.
