The Republic of The Gambia is a country in West Africa, with a population of approximately 2.3 million people. The government of The Gambia recognized the need for a modern revenue and tax collection system that would increase municipal revenue, eliminate unattended taxes, and eliminate corruption.

Solution: TACME was contracted to design and build a revenue and tax collection system. The system was built on top of TACServe to fully digitalize all municipal TAX and revenues collection. The system also included a powerful tax engine that covered various types of taxes, and out-of-the-box value-added modules.
