Taw-seel is a mobile service centers that enables customers to get the services of Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) wherever they are and whenever they want.

Taw-seel uses a fleet of vehicles to process your MOHRE transactions.  Through Taw-seel mobile application, you can specify the services you would like to receive, along with the number of transactions per service. Taw-seel mobile application also allows you to specify the place and time for service delivery.

Taw-seel’s smart routing engine receives your request and routes it to the best matching vehicle. Taw-seel’s mobile application allows you to rate the services and leave your comments and concerns.

• Call Center:
  Setting up and operating a high-quality call center to be responsible & supporting the management of Taw-seel service operations.
• Operations management & follow-up service providers:
  Setting action steps for service providers following and directing them in an optimal manner to operate their fleet and provide high-quality service.
• Monitoring & governance of service provision:
  Set up the governance strategies, following up and monitoring service providers for the progress of all service requests and their proper delivery to the client, submitting reports and suggestions to the MOHRE.
• Training:
  Training on Taw-seel systems and training on the ministry’s services to ensure service quality.
